Lundbeck China

Lundbeck first brought its CNS products to the Chinese market in 1995 through licensing agreements with a local partner. In 2002 it reached another deal with Xian-Janssen for the distribution of its anti-depressant drugs in China.

Lundbeck set up its own operations in China in 2003 and is currently selling its Alzheimer's disease drug EBIXA on the market, and has several products in the registration process.

In 2008, the Lundbeck Institute, an independent and non-promotional organization focused on education and training on CNS disorders, opened a local branch in China.
