CONICET

As Argentina’s National Research Council, CONICET responsible for the funding of over 15,000 researchers within Argentina, working in many diverse fields. CONICET works in order to ensure that Argentina is on the cutting-edge of scientific research, and heavily encourage innovation in the country through research grants, as well as repatriation schemes for expatriated Argentinean scientists. CONICET is also responsible for funding other leading organisations, such as Instituto Leloir.
