NEUCA is a group of financially connected companies offering a wide spectrum of services and products on the healthcare market in Poland. Main fields of activity include wholesale of pharmaceuticals to pharmacies, modern logistics, marketing and advertising services for pharmaceutical market as well as partnership programmes for independent pharmacies, IT services for pharmacies and individual pharmaceutical products.

Within the Capital Group there are several subsidiaries, all employing over 5 thousand people. The company’s headquarters is in Toruń. Two partnership programmes for independent pharmacies associate over 2.5 thousand entities.

The Capital Group is a pharmaceuticals wholesale market leader. Market shares at the end of 2009 amounted to 31.3%. Every day NEUCA reaches 9 thousand pharmacies all over Poland.

NEUCA was set up in 1990 as TORFARM S.A. In 2004 the company debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2005 the company has become the most active and efficient subject active in the consolidation process of Polish pharmaceutical wholesale market reaching 20% market shares within three years only. The completion of the consolidation took place in mid 2009 with Prosper joining the Group and the market shares consequently growing by another 10%.
