Merck Kft. is a subsidiary of Merck AG., representing all businesses of Merck in Hungary, distributes its Chemicals directly to its customers/endusers, and distributes all pharma products via wholesalers to pharmacies or hospitals.Established in 1991 with a nominal capital stock of 5 Million DM.
Adapting to the market claims in 1996 we obtained the classifications ISO 9001:2000 for the chemical divisions.
We integrated with some temporary exceptions the Serono business in 01. 01. 2008.
