Shire is an Anglo-American biopharmaceutical company with global presence, consisting of two business units: Specialty Pharmaceuticals (SP) and Human Genetic Therapies (HGT). Today is the 3rd largest pharmaceutical company in England and one of the fastest growing in the biopharmaceutical world.
