Novartis aquired Mipharm, Italian generic company.Generic Italian company Mipharm was sold to Novartis, which already owns 10% of the company. Mipharm will focus on the development and manufacture of generic and "supergenerici" and buy new products from Sandoz, Novartis division that deals with general practitioners.
