Created in 1995 by Dr. Lino Cartolari as La Farmochimica Italiana Srl (LFI), the company then purchased Scharper trademark in 1996 and signs several licensing agreements with different pharma leaders. Scharper now operates in selected therapeutic areas, and focuses on high profile prescription drugs
(primarily through in-licensing arrangements) as well as highly researched and clinically supported medical foods, nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals and medical devices( to date developed primarily internally).
