Baxter Chile
Baxter Chile is a subsidiary of Baxter Healthcare Corporation of USA, established in Chile since 1995, when it purchased a domestic producer's manufacturing facilities for hemo-concentrate serum and dialysis solutions. The plant obtained its GMP certificate in 1998. Products produced here are also exported to other markets, such as Argentina, Ecuador, Singapore and Indonesia, amongst others. Baxter's oncology business in Chile was previously known as ASTA Medical.
