Hebei SASAC ups stake in North China Pharma Group, transfers to Jizhong Energy, North China Pharmaceutical Co.

North China Pharmaceutical Company (NCPC) (SHA: 600812) announced that its majority shareholder, North China Pharmaceutical Group (NCPG), has become a 100& wholly state-owned company under the Hebei Province State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), www.secutimes.com reported August 4. Hebei SASAC, which previously owned approximately 90% of NCPG, has transferred its 100% stake in NCPG to Jizhong Energy Group, another wholly-owned subsidiary of Hebei SASAC.
