Bertram Häussler, IGES
Prof. Dr. Bertram Häussler, 49, studied medicine and sociology at the University of Tübingen and at the Free University of Berlin. Since 1990 he has been a managing director at IGES Institute for Health and Social activities. From 1998 on he became a managing director of the CSG Clinical Studies Society (Berlin).His work focuses on research in health care, health technology assessment, pharma-economy, clinical drug research, the development and evaluation of new models and IT systems in health care. Prof. Dr. Häussler taught for years at the Institute for Health Sciences at the TU Berlin. He is also Chairman of the Berlin Centre of Public Health.
